Drs. Leonie Bodeving

Tel : 49 611 16876883

The legal basis for this data protection declaration can be found, among others, in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Access to our website is generally possible without providing personal data. If personal data (login registration, name, address or email addresses) is collected on or through our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis wherever possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Emails are usually sent and data is transmitted over the Internet without security. The data could therefore theoretically be viewed or falsified by unauthorized persons. We would also be happy to communicate with you in encrypted form if you wish.

access data/server log files

For security reasons, the provider or its web space provider collects data about every access to the offer in system/server log files. The access data includes:
- IP address and the requesting provider
- Date and time of the request
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- amount of data transferred in each case
- Website from which the request comes
- Browser
- Operating system and its interface
- Language and version of the browser software
- Name of the accessed website,
- Message about successful retrieval,
- Browser type and version,
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal use or a criminal offense based on concrete evidence. Any access will only take place in strict compliance with data protection and criminal law requirements.
handling of personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. But also data according to Art. 9 GDPR. Special personal data according to GDPR & BDSG, about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites someone has viewed count as personal data.

Personal data will only be processed by the provider if this is permitted by law or if the users consent to the data collection.
contact

When contacting the provider (e.g. by e-mail), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.
Integration of third-party services and content

It may happen that content (from linked pages, third-party offers, e.g. maps from Google Maps or graphics) from other websites is integrated into this online offer. This always assumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers save the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. If we are aware of this, we will inform the users about it.

cookies

Cookies are small files that allow specific, device-related information to be stored on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). They serve to make websites more user-friendly and thus allow users to store login data for our website.

On some of our pages we use so-called temporary "session cookies" to make it easier for you to use our websites. These are small text files that are only stored on your hard disk for the duration of your visit to our website and, depending on the settings of your browser program, are deleted when you close the browser or after 8 hours. These cookies do not retrieve any information about you stored on your hard disk and do not affect your PC or your files. Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically.

e-mail

If you send us a message by email, we will only process your data to the extent necessary to process your enquiries and correspond with you. We treat your data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act and generally take the greatest possible precautions to ensure that it is Security.

Your rights as a data subject

According to the GDPR, you have the right to information, correction and updating, deletion, revocation, restrictions on processing, restriction of processing and the right to data portability.
In order to maintain transparency and comprehensibility, we briefly present the rights under consideration below:

Your personal data will be deleted even without your revocation if we have processed your request or if you revoke your consent to storage. The legality of the processing based on the consent remains unaffected until the revocation (Art. 13 para. 2 c GDPR).

This also happens if storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.
